How to block game and other aplication

For block application and game follow these steps -
     first click on CONTROL PANEL
          Then click on USER ACCOUNT AND FAMILY SAFETY
                 Click on   PARENTAL CONTROL
                       Choose user - which user you want  to block
                            Click on ( on enforce curent setting )                         
         after that     here u can block by time and u can block specific application and games also
